I hope someone can help. I have an Echolife 520b router that states it is wireless. I have been using the internet wired in for several years and now that I have a new mobile phone, I'd like to set the router up for wireless so I can connect to the phone for wifi use while at home. I won't be using the desktop computer on wireless as I'm happy with the wired connection as it is.

I have gone into the web configurator and there is no wireless LAN option in the 'Basic' tab as suggested in the guidance that I have read on these forums. I have also tried the Talk Talk installation CD to set the wireless option up, but this too fails. I have read that others have had this problem, is the router at fault by not allowing the wirless to be set up? Any help much appreciated.
